Will I be charged if I don’t cancel and I don’t show up?
Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed. You will be charged for the first night’s stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your cancelation policy?
To avoid any charges, all reservation must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival date.
How do I confirm or cancel a reservation that I reserved online?
To confirm, make changes or cancel you existing reservation, firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our Welcome Center at (407) 396-8222.
If I don’t upgrade my room online, can I do it when I check-in?
Yes however, space is limited. You will be able to upgrade upon availability.
Where do I check-in?
You will first need to check-in at the Orlando Welcome Center located inside the Ramada Maingate West and then you will be directed to check-in at your reserved hotel.
What time is check-in? Check-out?
Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?
If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please call our Welcome Center at (407) 396-8222 and we’ll make the necessary arrangements with the hotel.
Does the hotel provide transportation?
Yes. The hotel provides free scheduled transportation to all major theme parks. Spaces are limited. Private transportation is also offered in the hotel. Inquire about these upon check-in.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Many of our locations accept pets. Pets must be less than 20lb. If you have a pet that you’ll be bringing with you, please write it down on the comment box when making you reservation.
Does the hotel have rooms for the physically challenged?
All of our hotels have handicap accessible rooms. If you have any specific needs, please write in on the comment box when making you reservation.
Are there any extra charges to be paid upon check-in?
All you will have to pay are taxes directly to the hotel which are $15.00 per night.
What if I have more than (4) people on my party?
A single room can accommodate up to (4) people. If you have more than (4) in your party, you will need to request a second room.
Can I buy extra tickets and meals for the extra people on my party?
Yes. Extra tickets and meals can be purchased at a discounted price on our Welcome Center upon check-in.
How long does it take for me to receive a confirmation on my reservation?
Confirmations are sent out within 24 to 48 hours from request submission.
What time is my Vacation Ownership Presentation?
All Vacation Ownership Presentations will be scheduled upon check-in at our Welcome Center and usually done on the day after arrival.
